“Health practitioner” defined.

NRS 415A.100 “Health practitioner” defined. “Health practitioner” means: 1. A provider of health care, as that term is defined in NRS 629.031; 2. Any other individual licensed to provide health care pursuant to the provisions of Title 54 of NRS; or 3. An individual licensed in the professions under the laws of another state to provide health or veterinary services. (Added to NRS by 2011, 941)
