NRS 422.27237 State Plan for Medicaid: Inclusion of requirement for payment of certain costs for services of pharmacist relating to treatment of opioid use disorder; rate of reimbursement. 1. The Director shall include in the State Plan for Medicaid a requirement that the State pay the nonfederal share of expenditures incurred for the services of a pharmacist described in NRS 639.28079. 2. The State must provide reimbursement for the services of a pharmacist described in NRS 639.28079 at a rate equal to the rate of reimbursement provided to a physician, physician assistant or advanced practice registered nurse for similar services.
