NRS 422.363 “Medicaid card” defined. “Medicaid card” means any instrument or device evidencing eligibility for receipt of Medicaid benefits that is issued by the Authority for the use of a cardholder in obtaining the types of medical and remedial care for which assistance may be provided under the Plan.
