“Emergency ambulance service” defined.

NRS 422.37416 “Emergency ambulance service” defined. “Emergency ambulance service”: 1. Means the transportation by ambulance of a person who is experiencing a medical emergency to a medical facility; and 2. Includes the rendering of medical care by a paramedic, as defined in NRS 450B.095, emergency medical technician, as defined in NRS 450B.065, or advanced emergency medical technician, as defined in NRS 450B.025, in connection with the transportation of the person.
