“Fiduciary organization” defined.

NRS 422A.489 “Fiduciary organization” defined. “Fiduciary organization” means an organization that is selected pursuant to NRS 422A.496 to administer state money directed to individual development accounts and is a nonprofit organization which: 1. Conducts fundraising activities; and 2. Is exempt from taxation pursuant to section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, 26 U.S.C. § 501(c)(3). (Added to NRS by 2021, 1550)
