NRS 422A.606 Establishment; administration. 1. The Silver State General Assistance Program is hereby established within the Division to provide to eligible persons and households who are experiencing an extraordinary circumstance: (a) Temporary financial assistance, including, without limitation, cash, electronic benefits and vouchers; or (b) Temporary in-kind assistance, Ê or both. 2. The Administrator shall administer the Program within the limitations of available money. (Added to NRS by 2025, 36th Special Session, 2)
