“Group foster home” defined.

NRS 424.015 “Group foster home” defined. 1. “Group foster home” means a foster home which provides full-time care and services for 7 to 15 children who are: (a) Not related within the first degree of consanguinity or affinity to any natural person maintaining or operating the home; and (b) Received, cared for and maintained for compensation or otherwise, including the provision of free care. 2.
