NRS 427A.090 Compliance with federal requirements; disbursement of state money for matching federal grants. 1. The Division may comply with such requirements as may be necessary to obtain federal money. 2. The Administrator may disburse state money, to the extent the Division has money budgeted for the purpose, to enable nonprofit, sponsoring organizations and political subdivisions of this State to obtain matching federal grants.
