Adoption of regulations concerning abuse and neglect of consumers.

NRS 433.331 Adoption of regulations concerning abuse and neglect of consumers. The Division shall adopt regulations to: 1. Provide for a more detailed definition of abuse of a consumer of the Division, consistent with the general definition given in NRS 433.554; 2. Provide for a more detailed definition of neglect of a consumer of the Division, consistent with the general definition given in NRS 433.554; and 3. Establish policies and procedures for reporting the abuse or neglect of a consumer of the Division. (Added to NRS by 1989, 642; A 2011, 411)
