NRS 435.006 Person’s legal rights; application of various provisions of chapter 433 of NRS and all of chapter 433A of NRS to persons with intellectual disabilities. 1. Nothing in this chapter purports to deprive any person of any legal rights without due process of law. 2. Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the provisions of NRS 433.545 to 433.551, inclusive, and chapter 433A of NRS apply to all persons subject to the provisions of this chapter.
