Adoption of regulations concerning abuse and neglect of consumers.

NRS 435.435 Adoption of regulations concerning abuse and neglect of consumers. The Administrator shall adopt regulations to: 1. Provide for a more detailed definition of abuse of a consumer of the Division, consistent with the general definition given in NRS 435.645; 2. Provide for a more detailed definition of neglect of a consumer of the Division, consistent with the general definition given in NRS 435.645; and 3. Establish policies and procedures for reporting the abuse or neglect of a consumer of the Division. (Added to NRS by 2013, 3018; A 2015, 61)
