NRS 439.810 “Patient” defined. “Patient” means a person who: 1. Is admitted to a health facility for the purpose of receiving treatment; 2. Resides in a health facility; or 3. Receives treatment from a provider of health care. (Added to NRS by 2002 Special Session, 13; A 2019, 1666)
