NRS 439A.207 “Potentially preventable readmission” defined. “Potentially preventable readmission” means an unplanned readmission of a patient which: 1. Occurs not more than 30 days after the patient is discharged; 2. Is clinically related to the initial admission; and 3. Was preventable. (Added to NRS by 2011, 1802)
