“Pharmacy” defined.

NRS 439B.610 “Pharmacy” defined. “Pharmacy” means every store or shop licensed by the State Board of Pharmacy where drugs, controlled substances, poisons, medicines or chemicals are stored or possessed, or dispensed or sold at retail, or displayed for sale at retail, or where prescriptions are compounded or dispensed. The term does not include an institutional pharmacy as defined in NRS 639.0085. (Added to NRS by 2017, 4297)
