“Midwife” defined.

NRS 440.035 “Midwife” defined. As used in this chapter, “midwife” means: 1. A person certified as: (a) A Certified Professional Midwife by the North American Registry of Midwives, or its successor organization; or (b) A Certified Nurse-Midwife by the American Midwifery Certification Board, or its successor organization; or 2.
