NRS 445A.670 Attorney General to serve as legal counsel. The Attorney General shall serve as legal counsel for the Commission and the Department and shall, at the request of the Director, assist in the enforcement of the provisions of NRS 445A.300 to 445A.730, inclusive. (Added to NRS by 1973, 1716)
