NRS 445B.902 “Clean truck or bus” defined. “Clean truck or bus” means a medium-duty or heavy-duty vehicle that: 1. Is powered by electricity that is stored in a battery or produced by a hydrogen fuel cell; and 2. Produces zero exhaust emissions. (Added to NRS by 2023, 1534)
