NRS 449B.200 Issuance, validity and nontransferability of license. 1. The Division shall issue a license to operate an agency to provide personal care services in the home if, after investigation, the Division finds that the applicant is in: (a) Full compliance with the provisions of NRS 449B.010 to 449B.495, inclusive; and (b) Substantial compliance with the standards and regulations adopted by the Board. 2. A license applies only to the person to whom it is issued and is not transferable. (Added to NRS by 2025, 925)
