NRS 450B.103 “Regulating health district” defined. “Regulating health district” means a health district: 1. In a county whose population is 700,000 or more; or 2. For which the district board of health has elected to regulate emergency medical services pursuant to NRS 439.410. (Added to NRS by 2025, 2413)
