“Cemetery authority” defined.

NRS 452.008 “Cemetery authority” defined. “Cemetery authority” means any individual, partnership, corporation, association or cemetery district owning or controlling cemetery lands or property and engaged in the operation of a cemetery business in this state. (Added to NRS by 1971, 2062)
