NRS 457.210 Penalty for false representation of device, substance or treatment as effective to arrest or cure cancer. Every person convicted of willfully and falsely representing a device, substance or treatment as effective to arrest or cure cancer is guilty of a misdemeanor. (Added to NRS by 1960, 65)
