NRS 461A.224 Report of sale or transfer of mobile home park. When a mobile home park is sold or otherwise transferred, the purchaser or transferee of the mobile home park shall complete and submit a report of transfer to the Division within 10 business days after the sale or transfer. The report of transfer must be in a form prescribed by the Division. (Added to NRS by 2025, 64)
