NRS 472.080 Cancellation, modification and renewal of cooperative agreements. Any authority granted by this chapter for entering into cooperative agreements shall be deemed to include authority for cancelling, modifying and renewing such agreements. [8:149:1945; 1943 NCL § 3169.07]
