NRS 482.044 “Golf cart” defined. “Golf cart” means a motor vehicle which: 1. Has no fewer than three wheels in contact with the ground; and 2. Is designed to carry golf equipment and no more than four persons, including the driver. (Added to NRS by 1991, 2329; A 1995, 18)
