NRS 482.31772 “Consignee” defined. “Consignee” means any person licensed pursuant to this chapter to sell or lease vehicles, or any person who holds himself or herself out as being in the business of selling, leasing or consigning vehicles. (Added to NRS by 1999, 1901)
