NRS 487.007 “State agency” defined. As used in this chapter, the term “state agency” means: 1. The Housing Division of the Department of Business and Industry with regard to mobile homes and commercial coaches. 2. The Department of Motor Vehicles with regard to all other vehicles subject to registration under the laws of this State.
