NRS 489.1017 “Franchisor” defined. “Franchisor” means any natural person or entity that owns the overall rights to the systems, trademark, service mark, trade name, logo or other commercial symbol of the franchisor and grants a franchise for their use by a franchisee. (Added to NRS by 2009, 1900)
