NRS 489.593 Certificates of installation: Contents. Each certificate of installation issued by the Division for a manufactured home, mobile home, manufactured building or commercial coach must include the following information: 1. The name of the Administrator; 2. The address and telephone number of each office of the Division; 3. The legal rights of owners of manufactured homes, mobile homes, manufactured buildings and commercial coaches; 4. The procedure for filing a complaint with the Administrator; 5. The procedure for resolution of disputes between owners of manufactured homes, mobile homes, manufactured buildings or commercial coaches and persons licensed by the Division; and 6.
