NRS 5.040 Municipal judges: Power to take and certify acknowledgments. Municipal judges, within their respective cities, may take and certify: 1. The acknowledgment of conveyances and the satisfaction of a judgment of any court. 2. An affidavit to be used in any court of justice in this state.
