NRS 52.085 Public records and reports. Evidence that: 1. A writing authorized by law to be recorded or filed and in fact recorded or filed in a public office; or 2. A purported public record, report, statement or data compilation, in any form, Ê is from the public office where items of this nature are kept is sufficient to authenticate the writing, record, report, statement or compilation.
