NRS 528.0175 “Logging operation” defined. “Logging operation” means the commercial harvesting of trees by a timber owner or the agent of a timber owner by felling, skidding, forwarding or yarding, onsite processing and loading of trees or logs onto trucks. (Added to NRS by 2017, 1390)
