NRS 539.073 Organization of board; election and appointment of officers. 1. Immediately upon their election and qualification following the organization election the board of directors shall meet and organize, elect a president and a vice president, and appoint a secretary and a treasurer. 2. On the first Monday in May next following their election thereafter, the board of directors shall meet and organize, elect a president and a vice president, and appoint a secretary and a treasurer.
