NRS 543.040 Flood Control Account: Creation; money in Account does not lapse. The Flood Control Account is hereby created in the State General Fund. Money in the Flood Control Account does not lapse at the end of any fiscal year. (Added to NRS by 1959, 165; A 1979, 116; 1991, 1786)
