NRS 557.110 “Agricultural hemp seed” defined. “Agricultural hemp seed” means the seed of any plant of the genus Cannabis that: 1. Is sold to or intended to be sold to a grower for planting; or 2. Remains in an unprocessed or partially processed condition that is capable of germination. (Added to NRS by 2017, 1343)
