NRS 567.010 Definitions. As used in NRS 567.010 to 567.090, inclusive: 1. “Committee” means the State Predatory Animal and Rodent Committee. 2. “Property-destroying bird” means starlings, blackbirds, ravens, crows and other birds that damage property, threaten human health or cause a public nuisance.
