“Custom processing establishment” defined.

NRS 583.277 “Custom processing establishment” defined. “Custom processing establishment” means a facility that is licensed in accordance with the regulations adopted by the Officer pursuant to NRS 583.454 to: 1. Perform custom processing at the facility; and 2. Slaughter for hire on a commercial basis any meat animal, game mammal, poultry or game bird for human consumption at the facility.
