NRS 585.690 Civil penalty. [Effective July 1, 2027.] The Director may, after notice and an opportunity for a hearing, impose a civil penalty of not more than $500 for each violation of NRS 585.600 to 585.695, inclusive. (Added to NRS by 2025, 2681, effective July 1, 2027)
