NRS 585.760 Regulations. [Effective July 1, 2027.] The Director shall adopt regulations necessary to carry out the provisions of NRS 585.700 to 585.770, inclusive, including, without limitation, regulations prescribing requirements for a person to obtain a license to conduct a cottage food operation.
