NRS 587.891 Reuse of packaging without proper cleaning unlawful. It is unlawful for a person to reuse any packaging, including, without limitation, a bag or tote for commercial feed, unless the packaging is cleaned pursuant to the methods prescribed by the Department. (Added to NRS by 2015, 2474)
