NRS 597.7672 “Delivery network company” defined. “Delivery network company” means a corporation, partnership, sole proprietorship or other entity that: 1. Operates in this State; and 2. Uses a digital network to connect a customer to a driver to provide delivery services. (Added to NRS by 2025, 12)
