NRS 598.09227 “Deceptive trade practice” defined. A person engages in a “deceptive trade practice” when, in the course of his or her business or occupation, he or she knowingly violates a provision of NRS 598.9731 to 598.9739, inclusive. (Added to NRS by 2021, 1446)
