NRS 604A.5016 Provision of information and materials concerning public assistance and services. A person who operates a deferred deposit loan service may, in consultation with the Department of Human Services, distribute in a location at which the person conducts business under his or her license information and materials provided by the Department concerning public assistance and services provided by an agency or political subdivision of this State or the United States, including, without limitation, programs for debt reduction or relief, Medicaid, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance and Temporary Assistance for Needy Families.
