NRS 604A.760 Fees for failure to submit reports. 1. If a licensee fails to submit any report required pursuant to this chapter or any regulation adopted pursuant thereto within the prescribed period, the Commissioner may impose and collect a fee of not more than $10 for each day the report is overdue. 2.
