NRS 604A.830 Additional grounds for disciplinary action. In addition to any other lawful reasons, the Commissioner may suspend or revoke a license if the licensee has engaged in any act that would be grounds for denying a license pursuant to this chapter. (Added to NRS by 2005, 1707)
