NRS 604D.180 Commissioner authorized to adopt regulations. [Effective through December 31, 2029.] The Commissioner may adopt regulations for the administration and enforcement of this chapter, in addition to and not inconsistent with this chapter. Such regulations may include, without limitation, requirements relating to the retention of records by a provider. (Added to NRS by 2023, 2407)
