NRS 611.023 Administration by Labor Commissioner; regulations. The Labor Commissioner shall administer the provisions of NRS 611.020 to 611.320, inclusive, and may adopt reasonable regulations to carry out the purposes of these sections. (Added to NRS by 1975, 1095; A 1985, 1781)
