NRS 616B.662 Rejection of coverage by employer; relief from payment of premiums. An employer having come under chapters 616A to 616D, inclusive, or chapter 617 of NRS who thereafter elects to reject the terms, conditions and provisions of those chapters is not relieved from the payment of premiums to the insurer before the time the employer’s notice of rejection becomes effective if any are due.
