NRS 618.350 Duties of Division regarding occupational safety and health. The Division shall: 1. Develop a program of eliminating or abating hazards; 2. Advise and recommend a program of occupational safety and health applicable to public and state agencies; and 3. Provide for safety inspections and furnish advisory services to employers on measures to promote industrial safety and health. (Added to NRS by 1991, 2432; A 1993, 1881)
