NRS 629.360 Operation of cell or tissue bank authorized. 1. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a cell or tissue bank may operate in this State. 2. As used in this section, “cell or tissue bank” means a facility that stores nonembryonic cells or tissues, or both. (Added to NRS by 2009, 2744)
