NRS 62F.350 Limitation on referring certain matters to juvenile judicial officer. 1. The juvenile court may not refer to a juvenile judicial officer any finding, determination or other act required to be made or performed by the juvenile court pursuant to NRS 62F.320 and 62F.340. 2.
